Directions:
1. Cleanse and dry feet.
2.Cut open below the seal line on each sock .
3.Wear fpr 90-120 min,. Do not exceed 120 min .
4. Remove socks and wash feet thoroughly.
5. Dead skin will naturally pelel off after 7.10 days.
